LIST CONVERSION

The Thomas Group can import your list from any type of files, including:

CODING ACCURACY SUPPORT SYSTEM (CASS) PROCESSING

The Thomas Group uses CASS certified software approved by the USPS. We can correct recognizable addresses that are incorrect, and standardize them to meet these USPS specifications. Then we append proper ZIP+4 and carrier routes codes, plus all other required endorsements. Finally, we presort your list – arranging all the addresses in a sequence with USPS regulations. And we produce the documentation needed to obtain your discounts and ensure deliverability.

MERGE / PURGE

The Thomas Group combines (merges) two or more lists and removes (purges) the names and addresses that appear more than once. This gives you a clean list, so you don’t waste money mailing to duplicate records.

NATIONAL CHANGE OF ADDRESS (NCOA) PROCESSING

Studies show as many as 20 percent of the United States population change addresses each year! So you will want to consider using NCOA on your in-house mailing list every year. NCOA uses data updated by the U.S. Postal Service every week to identify individuals, families, and businesses that change their address. The Thomas Group will incorporate the new information to your in-house mailing list to keep it current and save you the cost of mailing to inaccurate addresses.
